We are happy to accommodate our guests at La Granja in any way they choose to stay with us. You may use the house as your own, knowing that Paul is on hand if there should be a problem or you need local advice.

If you book in advance you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the house or on the main terrace and if you ask he can prepare a picnic hamper, a platter of “nibbles” with evening drinks or assemble the ingredients for a BBQ (and cook it if you wish?).

Paul can take occasional bookings for lunches or dinners providing meals are ordered well in advance as he is a perfectionist when it comes to sourcing, preparing, cooking and presenting his food.

He graduated from University in Manchester and trained at “Nobu” New York then moved to “Nobu” London when it opened in 1997.

Breakfast ordered the day before is served from 8.00 – 9.30am
The options are a continental or a full cooked breakfast, to include freshly baked bread, fruit juice and ground coffee or tea.
